For our family, one of the best parts of celebrating birthdays with our kids is all the fun that goes into planning and executing a themed cake and party decor. While we haven’t been fortunate enough to make the trip to Disney World with the kids, it doesn’t mean we can’t bring the magic of Disney home. Wilton, leading food crafting company in the industry, recently expanded their line of Mickey Mouse Clubhouse baking products that I’m so excited to share with you. No matter what your baking skill level may be, Wilton products and online recipes will help guide you through the process to make each and every birthday party a celebration to remember!

Decorating Tip!
Having trouble making black buttercream icing for the Micky Mouse cake? Yes, me too! Black buttercream is one of those decorating issues I’ve always had trouble with myself, but I’ve got great news. Check out the Wilton Cake Blog where Sandy Folsom, Wilton School Director and cake decorating professional for over 25 years, explains How to Make Black Buttercream Icing!

Mickey Mouse Treat Bags & Decorations
While cupcakes and cakes always take center stage at the birthday party, you can leave a lasting impression with some fun treat bags full of homemade Mickey candies that the kids can enjoy on their way home. The Mickey Mouse Clubhouse Gummy Making Kit would even make for a really fun party activity for the kids because there’s no oven and no microwave needed to make these gummy snacks!

This is amazing. I’m heading to Hobby Lobby (with coupon all Wilton stuff is 30% off this week if you want to share with your readers) today to buy the supplies and my first attempt at a nice cake is a big project for my daughter’s birthday.
I really wish they’d just make a regular Mickey head pan – just the 3 circles like you were looking at him head on. That’s the type of cake I want to make. I know I could make with my own 3 cake pans, but I’d never get the sizes right.

Oh really? I’ve been waiting and waiting for a sale on baking supplies. I’ll definitely have to check that out and see if it’s for our local Hobby Lobby too! Thanks so much for letting me know.
And you know what, I bet you could do the Mickey face like you mentioned, but it probably wouldn’t be a tad more complicated than just the standard pan.

Yes. You have to print and take their coupon off of their website, but it’s good for your entire Wilton purchase – not just one Wilton product. (good online too)

I just printed one out for myself.
She’s right, no limit on the Wilton’s items you can buy with the coupon.
