Mix flour, butter, honey and salt together in a bowl. Use the back of the spoon to combine all ingredients. Use a 1 tablespoon portion scoop to scoop into 6 silicone cupcake molds. Press into the bottom with your fingers or the back of a spoon. Set aside.
Combine cream cheese, butter, lemon juice, lemon zest and honey in a bowl. Use a hand mixer to combine well. Use a two tablespoon scoop to scoop filling into prepared molds and gently smooth with the back of a spoon. Top with fresh blueberries
All fat bombs should be frozen first because these types of ingredients are soft. Once frozen, they should be kept in freezer or fridge.
