This strawberry fat bomb recipe is the perfect low carb option for a quick snack that is keto diet friendly!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup diced strawberries
  • 1 teaspoon stevia
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese softened
  • 1/4 cup softened butter

Instructions

  1. Add berries, sweetener and vanilla to a small bowl and mash with a fork. Add cream cheese and butter and use a hand mixer to beat well.
  2. Refrigerate for 30 minutes. Use a tablespoon portion scoop to shape into 18 balls and freeze until firm.
