On a floured surface, roll out your dough and use a heart shaped cookie cutter to cut them out. Place the cookies Place the cookies on a lightly greased cookie sheet.  Roll thin ropes using small pieces of dough to frame around the cookie. This will create a well for you to put your cherry jam in later. Bake the cookies for 10 minutes at 350 degrees or until the bottoms of the cookies are just slightly brown. Remove from the oven and let them cool completely.  Take your favorite cherry jam and lightly spread the jam inside the cookie.
