This time of year when we start thinking of desserts, often apples and pumpkins are the ingredient of choice. While they are perfect for cool night cozy dessert, let’s not forget about the sweet comfort of bananas. They are certainly one of my favorite fruits that are so versatile, are available year round and often make the simplest desserts.
