White Chocolate Cherry No Bake Pies

  • 1 pkg (4 oz) mini graham cracker pie crusts
  • 3 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • 1 cup cherry pie filling
  • 1 box (3.4 oz) white chocolate JELLO pudding mix
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup COOL WHIP whipped topping, divided
  • maraschino cherries, washed and dried
  • mint (garnish, optional)
  1. Beat cream cheese and sugar until fully mixed.
  2. Whisk pudding and milk until well combined.
  3. Fold in whipped topping.
  4. Layer cream cheese, pie filling and pudding mixture in that order into pie crusts.
  5. Refrigerate at least one hour before serving.
  6. Garnish with maraschino cherry and mint.
